We work with you to customize a recruitment process that highlights your company’s unique culture and zones in on best-fit candidates for each role. We discuss additional services and agree upon a process.

Sourcing

We employ a personal approach beginning with our network and combine that with use of online channels and tools to effectively find the right talent.

Screening

We carefully tailor our process to meet your needs and save you time and money by effectively screening and interviewing best-fit candidates. We can also incorporate testing, reference, credential, and background checks at this stage.

Selection

We present qualified candidates and facilitate the interview process with consistent communication and feedback provided through to final offer acceptance.

Retention

We understand the importance of retention and will provide you with feedback from the candidate collected at 30 days post-hire as well as speak with you about the success of the placement for future improvement.
